the challenge
onsemi is a Fortune 500 semiconductor supplier committed to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Their CSR program was not receiving the participation needed because components of the program were fragmented across a variety of digital channels. This resulted in low employee interest and awareness.
the insight
Doing a strategic analysis of successful CSR campaigns, we learned that onsemi participation could grow exponentially if they could unify CSR efforts by bringing program components together and encouraging employees to join their donation platform.
the approach
Somnio developed a suite of interconnected community-driven assets, including a logo, digital banners, social posts and an engagement portal showcasing all aspects of the onsemi CSR program in one easy-to-find site. Impactful copy and iconic design helped amplify each program while creating an emotional connection with employees and increasing participation.
